Corporate Purchase Agreement

If your company is a corporation, we will need a corporate officer to sign the buy-sell agreement and continuing guaranty. Fax and mail this agreement back to us with the rest of the package.

Alpha Cine Laboratory, Inc. will begin our inquiry as soon as we have the completed set of documents. Within 24 hours, we will contact your vendor references and will make our credit decision as soon as we have all of the information.
